The Scope
As many of you know my curiosity has not abated since I published Conviction of a Time Traveler, but it has taken a decidedly different tack than even I expected. Part and parcel to the new and unexpected directions my curiosity has taken me, the bounds by which I can label these discoveries has overflowed from the usual stories of fantastical machines or thoughts of bearing personal witness to history.
So, I write this essay in the hopes of conveying to you, dear reader, a taste of the scope of what I have discovered. If we are to understand the Question more fully and explore those unseen gears that turn behind the scenes we must push beyond the simple; push beyond the easily understood "man and time machine" story.

Grinding Wheel
This essay is a review of an observation I made in 2011 and explored with a Friend (HJ) back in 2011. This Friend helped me ‘polish’ this observation and I am forever thankful for the service he provided, both seen and unseen.
I have decided it might be time to release these ideas now.
One premise that assists us in our better understanding of the Question is that ‘time travelers’ are visiting us on a nearly constant basis; Some from TimeTravel_0’s own Organization (aka the “177”) and others from other unknown Programs. This, as some might note, is at variance to what TimeTravel_0 actually claimed during his posts in 2000 and 2001 (and else-when). In fact, TimeTravel_0 explicitly said that returning to a particular universe (or world line) was technically impossible. In point of fact, he claimed:
“I can never get back to the exact worldline I left from.”
In order to fully understand this and establish the premise that we are constantly visited by members of TimeTravel_0’s time travel group, we must first fully understand that visiting the same world line is different from visiting the same time period. We must dispense with Titor’s ‘truthful lie’ that he can never return to this world line ever again.
I dub this claim a ‘truthful lie’ (one of many, as it turns out) because it is both true and false simultaneously. I will leave exploring the intricacies of this apparent paradox for a later essay for the moment. But for now, simply accept for argument’s sake (on my good and humble word) that the Program that sent “John Titor” to 2000 also sent him to 1984, 1998, 2010, 2012, 2015, and else-when, and had we been present in all those times to observe his arrival, we would yet remember those events today. Does this mean he visited the same world line? No, it does not.
Some of those interested in this topic have claimed or surmised that it must indeed be possible to navigate to the exact same (without quotes) world line. This is not practically possible nor necessary. There is a subtle distinction here that I look forward to exploring with those serious in their curiosity in a forthcoming essay.
After we accept that the Program may send their emissaries to any past multiple times, then we can also begin exploring why they might visit the past in the first place. And because we can accept that there is no real or practical limitation of visiting the "target time" twice or as many times as they require, then the scope of the Program’s missions and goals expands greatly; we get to think bigger and beyond a simple exercise in retrieving an obsolete desktop computer.

According to statements made by TimeTravel_0 in 2000, a ‘time travel’ Program sent him to 1975 to recover an IBM 5100 computer to assist in the reconstruction of a shattered infrastructure from a surprise nuclear strike by the Russians.
Below are a few passages from TimeTravel_0 regarding the infrastructure reconstruction efforts in his time:
“We time travel to solve problems. A great deal of effort is going into repairing the environment and infrastructure.”
"...biological warfare and accidents do cause a great deal of problems but the lack of a working infrastructure also hinders the continuation of the food manufacturing you depend on now."
What I want you to get from this is that, all things being equal, TimeTravel_0’s narrative would suffice for our own normal questions of why he/they were here. But, all things are not equal. We now know and accept that ‘time travel’ is indeed not limited by multiple world interpretation at all (an explanation of how this is so is forthcoming) and TimeTravel_0 obscured this fact with a ‘truthful fiction.’ In point of fact, we have other evidence for these “truthful lies” presented in Conviction of a Time Traveler where it was revealed that TimeTravel_0’s references to CERN were in fact references to Brookhaven Labs.
So I pose this question to you:
If a time travel Program is not limited by MWI and they are able send time travelers to the same time multiple times, then how does this change the potential scope of any mission they may undertake?
Stated another way:
Is a time travel Program limited in the scope of missions they carry out given that they may visit the same time period many times?
The answer to this question is an unequivocal and emphatic NO!
Granted, there are likely events so large, so Goliath in nature, that they are essentially impervious to any nudging or meddling. So, setting aside for a moment these other constraints that might prohibit or hinder their missions, I put to you that the overall scope that can be envisioned is broadened immensely by this small insight.
But the larger picture is yet to come. Read on…

As TimeTravel_0 described it in 2000/2001, a civil war erupts in the United States (described as “the country versus the city”) which was ended by a surprise nuclear attack (in “2015”) that crippled his enemy (the American government) and American infrastructure to such a point that his ‘side’ won the war. While his side won, it was won at great cost of a completely destroyed infrastructure. The only remedy to rebuilding America’s infrastructure is a once-only time travel mission to recover an old piece of computer equipment. Again, these points are as TimeTravel_0 described them in his narrative, I make no claims of the veracity of these specific statements, only that they were made by an actual ‘time traveler.’
Interestingly, John also commented in his posts of 2000 that he felt the second American Civil War would be good for us and that he didn't want to stop it. Now, John can hardly be faulted for the personal bias of preferring his time over ours; he was brought up in his own time, after all and a great deal of blame for their situation was placed on our apathy. So his disdain for our time is understandable.
But, in spite of everything else, why does TimeTravel_0 believe that the war and the Goliath-sized ‘event’ that ends it would be GOOD for us?
“I think the war would be good for you and your society. I don’t want to stop it.”
What fallout (pardon the pun) might be present from an event that destroys American infrastructure so completely that this destruction might be considered ‘good?’ And, what other aspects of the American landscape might suffer from this lack of infrastructure? What else might be given the room to blossom absent this infrastructure?
∞
Looking around we see that the American population has woken up to the realization that their "representatives" do not necessarily represent them or their best interests (regardless if you are on the left or right). The current form of American governance is that of a government completely divorced from its population, a government of unelected beuracrats, “Administrative Law” and oligarchs. It is no exaggeration that the Republic (as envisioned) that existed for a short period in America’s early history is no longer. It has been this way for many decades.
But there is something different about today’s situation as compared to what we had in the 1900’s and later. The American people have now realized their own slavery.
Please indulge me in presenting two hypotheticals:
If the Event that destroys American infrastructure had occurred in the 1950’s or 1980’s, what kind of government might its citizens have rebuilt?
And separately, how successful would any insurrection or civil war have been (resulting from the people's realization of their own slavery and thanks to the rise of the Internet) if that insurrection had occurred before the destruction of the world's infrastructure?
Two interesting questions to be sure, don’t you agree?
The first question deals with the inherent belief and trust in government and the organs of the media by a large swath of the American public in those times. I chuckle to myself when I think of Walter Cronkite stating to the American public every evening “…and that’s the way it was…” His little tag-line in that bygone era is made all the more ironic with the revelation of ‘fake news’ today. How could we have been so blind?
So given this then, if American infrastructure were completely and utterly destroyed, Americans would have looked to government to save them and bring back the very infrastructure that was destroyed. We/They would unwittingly rebuild the exact same System that was in place prior to its destruction. “Reconstruction” would have been a cruel joke.
The second question considers that the rise of the Internet, instantaneous communication and the creation of ‘Alternative Media’ has resulted in a population rightly and justifiably outraged by the unexpected realizations of wholesale governmental corruption, lies and destruction of self-governance. This outrage could (and has) likely lead to civil disobedience, local/regional insurrection and possibly all-out civil war. But because that self-same corrupt government is so completely in control of communications, arms, roadways, any insurrection would be short-lived; so hopelessly outgunned would that insurrection be.
TimeTravel_0 even made reference to this exact thought:
Should we be stockpiling guns?
The answer to this is NO! You will draw a great deal of negative attention to yourself. I recommend becoming familiar with firearms. This means taking a safety course and learning to shoot and clean many different types. There will be plenty of guns around when you need them.
Ultimately, the outcome of these insurrections or civil war could only lead to a crushing defeat for a resistance movement and an even more oppressive and controlling government. Even TimeTravel_0 claimed that during his “civil war” neither side was winning and it was only due to the intervention of the “Russian Nuclear Attack” that tipped the scales in his side’s favor by destroying his enemy (and Russia’s?), the American government.
But thanks to TimeTravel_0’s Program and other lofty and ‘winged’ Programs out there (and possibly in spite of yet other Programs) we are presented with a rare confluence of two Goliaths: the rise and wide adoption of the Internet and the resulting revelation of our slavery and the Event that will destroy American (and other countries’) infrastructures.
Can this possibly be a coincidence that an event that destroys American infrastructure (however it is occurs) will have coincided with Americans’ realization that the Old System should not be allowed to reestablish itself?
The coming event (the very event that Titor did not want to stop) provides the single best opportunity to wipe away the old System because it too will also be severely damaged through the loss of its own source of power: its Infrastructure.
Consider this: We have
The ability to communicate directly, instantaneously and without filter leading to...
The realization of our slavery to an economic and oligarchic system of control happening immediately before...
An event that will provide the ability for a "hard reboot" of the world providing...
Breathing room to let Humanity blossom into something better.
What happens to flowers in a flower bed if the weeds are left to take over?
And if they are removed?
I say these factors are decidedly not coincidence.
In summary, it would appear that these movements/events have been maneuvered to coincide through monumental effort so as to allow Humanity itself to remove the old System of control and put in its place something more in keeping with Humanity’s true nature.
Exactly how this might be done may be a topic for a later essay.
Friends, this is but a small taste of what is out there and is perceptible when we move off the carefully manicured "John Titor" online plantation that masquerades as 'discussion.' Do you honestly believe the online discussion forums exist to assist you towards truth? Do you honestly believe that there are those actively participating on those self-same discussion forums that are working against you discovering the Truth? Have you ever wondered why Temporal Recon was banished from those boards?
So much of what we consider as separate events or isolated issues are simply not separate. At a large enough scale, we can see that so much of our world is interconnected. These connections, these strings that bind us all together, are in fact being pulled by our hidden allies.
Trust in that.
As Ever
